Out Patient Transfusion Service - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (by appointment)
Routine Procedures - 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday
McLaren-Oakland maintains a Blood Bank and
Transfusion Service to provide blood and blood components for routine and
emergency transfusion. The blood bank works with the Southeastern Michigan Red
Cross to ensure there is adequate inventories of blood products for patient
needs.
