Are Custodial Services Covered Under Insurance?
Custodial care is not a covered benefit of most insurances
but we have financial counselors in our customer service department who
will gladly verify insurance coverage. All that is necessary is a phone
call to Personal Home Care's Customer Service Department at 800.241.3434
with your insurance information readily available.
What Services and Staff Do We Have to Offer?
Personal Home Care Services Inc. offers Skilled Nursing,
Private Duty, Infusion, Home Medical Equipment, Supplemental Staffing Services, and our Spinal Cord Injured Home. Our staff includes Registered
Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Care Aides,
Medical Social Workers, and Pharmacists.
How Soon Can We Start Services?
Start of care would depend upon the services requested. Many
times care can be initiated the same day.

What Are Your Minimum Hours of Service for Private Pay?
Minimum hours of service for custodial care is four (4) hours.
We also have personal care visits which are from one and a half (1 1/2)
to two (2) hours.
How Can I Get Medicare Services?
Medicare services are provided under the direction of a physician.
There are Medicare guidelines which qualifies a patient for home care.
We can assist you with the referral process.
Will My Insurance Pay for It?
Client must meet criteria in order for insurance to cover
care. By calling 800.241.3434, our Financial Counselors can investigate your insurance coverage.
What are the costs of Private Duty Services?
Private Duty rates fluctuate according to individual needs
